My staff is amazing. They do an amazing job of taking care of my patients. And then the technology that we have in our office is also something that not every office is able to provide their patients.
I think one thing that really sets them apart is that they’re so innovative and they’re really embedded with the recent technologies. So, for example, there’s not too many dentist offices that you know that have a 3D printer in the back. And I think because of that, they’re able to customize your care in a way that’s super efficient, but also very thoughtful.
So there have been times where I may need to come back for repairs or whatever it may be, and they fix it within 24 to 48 hours. I’ve had a long experience with the dental profession over the years and many things. And what I found is as the technology changes, things change.
But now I look at Dr. Hamada’s office and he’s adopted, I think, state-of-the-art technology. And my experience is over the last five years have been not so good until someone told me they recommend Dr. Hamada. And in my experience, that recommendation was good.
The quality of care is very consistent. On day one, they explain very clearly what they’re going to do to me and then take the anxiety out because I’m the kind of person I want to know everything before it happens. Otherwise, I’m getting very high anxiety.
And when I’m high anxiety, I tend to tense up. So they always explain very clearly what’s going to do, what happens, even how much it costs. So in this way, it takes a lot of those worries off my mind.
And since day one, it happened. And then so I don’t feel nervous about it. I love coming here because Jason and Mary, they’re very friendly, explain to me what’s going on with my teeth and its situation and what they’re going to do and how they’re going to do to fix it.
I used to be very nervous and afraid of coming to dentists. Actually, I’ve been coming to dentists, but with other dentists. But when I came here, I was all okay.
They explained to me everything that I need to know. And I have no questions to ask. So I come here regularly.
