Our Dental Office was established in San Jose (Evergreen Area) in 2000, and we pride ourselves on providing customers with high-quality Dentistry and personal service and use of the latest state of the art equipment (Cerac Crowns) and techniques. Our office is conveniently located in the Lexann Professional Building, second floor.  We MOVED from Canyon Creek Plaza as of April 30, 2011.
